Kala Art Wrap (“we”, “us”) is a small business based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, that makes handmade satin ribbon bouquets. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it.

02What we collect
We only collect what we need to reply to you and make your bouquet:
- Enquiry form — your name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), and anything you choose to tell us about your bouquet: occasion, budget, date needed, colours and your message.
- E-bouquet studio — designing an E-bouquet happens entirely in your browser; nothing is sent to us while you design. If you tap “Order this design”, we receive your name, WhatsApp number and a text summary of your design. The picture itself stays on your device unless you choose to send it to us.
- When you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by phone, we receive whatever you share there.
- Technical information — our hosting provider may keep basic logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the website secure and working.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your light/dark theme choice is saved only in your own browser.
03How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and help you design your bouquet.
- To confirm, make and deliver your order, and to keep you updated about it.
- To follow up about that same enquiry or order.
We use your details on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form (in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). We will never send you unrelated marketing without asking first.
05How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them to handle your enquiry or order, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last conversation. Where the law requires us to keep order records (for example, for accounts), we keep only what is required, for as long as it is required.
06Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- see the personal information we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete your information, or
- withdraw your consent — we will then stop contacting you.
Just message us on WhatsApp or Instagram. We aim to respond within 30 days.
07Keeping it safe
Your information is sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a database that cannot be read publicly — only our team can see enquiries, through a password-protected dashboard. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your details.
08Children
This website is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to send the enquiry for you.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will always show the latest version.
