01About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or order a bouquet from Kala Art Wrap, Jaipur. By sending an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to them.
02Enquiries and orders
- Sending an enquiry, or an E-bouquet design, is not an order. It simply starts a conversation.
- Your order is confirmed only when we have agreed the design and the price with you on WhatsApp (or another channel we both use).
- Please check your order details carefully — name tags, notes, colours and delivery information — before you confirm.
03Prices and payment
- Our forever bouquets start at ₹199. The final price depends on the size, number of flowers and extras, and is shared with you before you confirm.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Payment details — including any advance needed before we start — are shared with you when we confirm your order.
04Handmade and custom
- Every bouquet is handmade to order, so small differences from photos or other bouquets are part of its charm.
- Colours can look slightly different on screens than in real life.
- Some ribbon colours, flowers or extras may occasionally be unavailable; if so, we will suggest the closest option before making your bouquet.
05The E-bouquet studio
- E-bouquets are digital illustrations to help you imagine and share your bouquet. The real, handmade bouquet may look different from the illustration.
- You are welcome to download and share your E-bouquet for personal, non-commercial use.
- Please don’t use the studio to create anything offensive, or to use other people’s names without their permission.
06Making time and delivery
- Bouquets are usually ready in 3–5 days after the design is confirmed. Busy seasons or large orders can take longer — we will always tell you before you confirm.
- Delivery options and any delivery charges are agreed with you when you order.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details or events outside our control.
07Changes and cancellations
Because each bouquet is made specially for you, changes or cancellations may not be possible once we have started making it. If you need to change something, message us as early as possible and we will do our best to help. Anything to do with refunds is discussed with you directly and fairly.
08Caring for your bouquet
Satin ribbon flowers don’t wilt, but they last longest when kept away from water, direct sunlight and damp places. Dust gently with a soft, dry brush.
09Our content
The photos, designs, text, logo and illustrations on this website belong to Kala Art Wrap or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or use them for commercial purposes without asking us first.
10Our responsibility
We take great care with every bouquet and with this website. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
